I waited months for this necklace and never recieved it im highly dissapointed and deserve a refund

Thank you for your review, according to our records, your order was dispatched within the specified timeframe, as committed. The order, placed on September 4th, was shipped on October 13th, and it entered the delivery phase on October 28th. Regrettably, due to an inaccurate address entered on your end, the shipment was returned to sender.
It is important to emphasize that the address discrepancy leading to the return is not attributable to our operations, as the entered information from the party ordering was not accurate.
Our records also indicate that on November 6th, you contacted us to modify the address from North Chesterfield, VA to your new location. Unfortunately, once an item is dispatched, altering the delivery address becomes impracticable.
